- Hazardous, toxic, corrosive, radioactive, or infectious materials that are unsafe for ordinary delivery.
- Illegal drugs and other controlled substances that cannot lawfully be transported through the service.

Restricted or verification-sensitive items
Some categories may be allowed only when the booking meets territory-specific safety rules, packaging requirements, proof requirements, declared-value rules, or other verification controls. Examples can include fragile goods, electronics, medicine, food, cakes, temperature-sensitive items, and parcels that must remain upright.
Rider safety
A rider should not accept or continue transporting a parcel that appears materially different from the declared booking or creates a reasonable safety concern. Use the supported verification or issue-reporting flow before pickup or handoff.
Prohibited and restricted item requirements may vary by territory, applicable law, parcel details, and current GO Parcel safety rules. Additional restrictions or verification requirements may be shown during booking or parcel handoff.
